Ever struggle with that voice inside you that says:
"You're not good enough"
"You'll never get that job"
"You're gonna fail if you try something new"
Any of those sound familiar? Well guess what, its totally normal! The mind has such a huge impact on us and our daily lives. It can get out of control if we don't properly train ourselves to recognize when we are identifying with the negative feelings. David Barnes teaches us the tools needed to identify these thoughts and how to do the "Bicep Curls" to practice this every day.
We've all been to a concert featuring our favorite artist or band and think, "Wow, it must be so cool to be up on stage playing for a crowd." Well it's not always easy or glamorous all of the time, but don't take my word for it. Heat it right from a Country Singer.

Jeff gives a lot of advice to anoyone who might be interested in the industry, including making sure to network as you never know who might be able to help you get your next job.
Thanks to Jeff Reeves for making this one super interesting!!
Kevin had spent years building his career to get to the Director level. He ran a team of people and was living what some would consider "the dream". But for Kevin, 80 hour weeks, a ton of travel combine with missing spending time with his family and dogs, Kevin decided it was time for a change.
With whatever free time he could find, Kevin wrote out on paper what his ideal life looked like, and then HE BUILT IT. He created ELMNTL Fitness, where he guides his members through fitness training routines using elements found in nature and focuse on making excercising...dare I say....FUN! After years of hard work, dedication and struggle, Kevin finally got his business to the point where he could leave his full time job.
Not only that, Kevin was able to completely replace his full time income between his new business and doing Free Lance work on the side, and still works just 40 hours a week which gives him time to spend time with his family and dogs doing what he loves!
Kevin is living his best life. Are you?
Talk about hustle! If you think that being a DJ is easy, then listen to this interview. I learned quickly that with barriers to entry in this field being lower than ever, its hard to make it in this business.
Hard work, sacrifice and dedication are no stranger to Dan as he constatnly works to be an expert at his craft. The passion he has for laying down sick tracks make it seem natural to him, but he puts in the effort to deliver nothing but the very best! You won't want to miss this one.
